Custom/complex scopes are quoted under dedicated schedules. Larger projects may include a mid-point demo call so you can review progress early.

Every build includes up to 2 scheduled rounds of post-deployment revisions after launch, plus a client onboarding walkthrough. Additional design or structural changes beyond that scope are billed at $35/hour.
Yes. Setup Fees cover initial design, custom engineering, architecture deployment, and setup only. Continuous high-performance enterprise cloud hosting, SSL management, and security updates are provided exclusively through an active Monthly Care Plan starting upon live production launch. Standard Care ($99/mo) covers hosting (up to 100k views / 10GB bandwidth, then overage at cost), monitoring, performance, and security with annual domain renewal (.com) included for free while your Care Plan is active. Pro CMS Care ($149/mo) adds managed Sanity.io Studio and content backups. Plans are month-to-month. Learn more on our Care page.
Once your build is complete and live, your site is yours. Setup Fees cover build and deployment setup only. Hosting and domain renewal require an active Care Plan: annual domain renewal (.com) is included for free as long as your Care Plan is active, and if you cancel or choose not to renew WaaS, we transfer full ownership of the domain to you at no extra fee upon offboarding along with your frontend repository (GitHub). Care plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge for a full refund that cycle; after that, service continues through the paid period with no prorated refunds. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
